Andrew Broe
Co-Owner
Andrew grew up and attended school in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Upon graduation from Chelmsford High School, he enrolled at Bridgewater State College (now University) and achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Having completed his studies at BSC, he embarked on a career that included banking, technology sales, and even teaching at the high school level. While at Rockport High School (and serving as JV Softball Coach), he got his Massachusetts Education Certification in (Business). This led to him teaching Business Courses at Danvers High School shortly thereafter.
Andrew and his wife, Julie, decided to settle in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where they raised their 3 children. He also coached several of his children’s athletic teams when they were growing up, from softball and baseball to basketball. Additionally, he has served on his Church’s Council (St. Paul Lutheran in Gloucester) as well having been a board member for Gloucester Little League.
From his experiences in sales, teaching,and coaching, Andrew realized he wanted to form a business that would have a positive impact on his community. The idea of caring for another person’s property while they were away, or unable to do so, fit that mold. It is for that reason that he, along with his business partner Steve Harvey, decided to form Eagle Eye Home Watch.
Steve Harvey

Steve grew up in South Boston and attended Christopher Columbus High School in the North End. He attended Curry College earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management while participating in the Football and Basketball programs.
Steve has an entrepreneur’s mindset and has been involved with several technology start ups along with software giant IBM. In addition to his work with Eagle Eye Home Watch he is currently a stakeholder with Caring Transitions of Tewksbury – a Senior Services relocation and downsizing leader. Meeting clients in their homes and discussing downsizing services, he has first-hand knowledge of the importance of caring for a home and its contents. Steve’s daily interactions with homeowners combined with Andy’s exceptional organization and attention to detail has made Eagle Eye Home Watch a trustworthy team for your Home Watch services.
